it's almost over and it's sad. here are the two latest projects that i have been working on. the first was a conversaion between two people. these two have found some gross roadkill and don't know what to do. maybe he'll touch it. i'll post the finished painting when i get a chance to photograph it.
this week we have two projects. the first is to illustrate a scene from one of three specific children's stories. mine is jack and the beanstalk. the second project is to illustrate a musician for a rolling stone type assignment. i got the letter 's' so i chose sufjan stevens. i am portraying him as a saint both for his religious views and for the personal fact that i have wanted to make an icon of a famous person for a very long time.
